Document Misconduct

Submit a Case

If you have experienced or witnessed investigator misconduct during a Medical Board proceeding, we want to hear from you. Documented cases strengthen our database, support other physicians, and create an accountable public record.

How Your Submission Is Used

01

Reviewed by our research team

Every submission is reviewed for completeness and corroborating documentation. We do not publish unverified allegations.

02

Cross-referenced with public records

We verify submitted details against Board meeting minutes, administrative hearing transcripts, and Public Records Act responses before adding to the database.

03

Added to the accountability database

Verified cases update the investigator's record in our public database. Your identity is never published — only the documented conduct.
